Created a sustainable footwear brand for my final graduation submission. The brand intends to connect with the consumers style and mood. Most of the product has been made from eco-friendly materials such as recycled items, vegan & chrome free leather and machines running on natural energy sources.

The project was uploaded on Kickstarter to receive funding from the public and convey the message Happy Flats is trying to spread.

Happy Flats, a brand which produces sustainable causal footwear through ethical practices with flat anti-slip soles suitable for the tropical climate in Singapore made of recycled polyurethane. The leather is chrome-free and purely vegan and has been sourced from recycled bags. The items have youth slangs and motifs printed on them which would attract the target market who are women of age 16-30 years old, towards the brand. The influence and inspiration for designing this brand were to acknowledge sustainable living. The flats won’t be just friends with the consumers' feet but with also with their moods and their style. The designs are comfortable, trendy and simple yet uncommon and easy to blend in with the consumer's style but still manage to stand out in a crowd.

I worked on this assignment for 6 months and opted to produce the products in Delhi, India. The manufacturers were highly accommodating. I created several collaterals for the brand (can be viewed from the code below) which included brand identity such as E-business cards, E-thank you cards and E-customer feedback forms. For marketing collaterals like posters, social media uploads, catalogue and social media pages were formed.
