House of Sheens

On week 8, during our event, a few students were asked to come up with an Ad Campaign for House of Sheens. House of Sheens merchandises bags and accessories for women for different occasions. The brand was founded in 2012, by Shireena Shroff who is the director and head designer at House of Sheens. The products are crafted by regional artisans within South East Asia. House of Sheens in partnership with Singapore Committee for UN Women, 30% of the new collection proceeds will go to supporting this wonderful organization. House of Sheens has partnered with the prestigious Raffles College of Higher Education in order to introduce a series of design competitions that aims to showcase young talent.

Since the brand conveys the message of ‘Fearless’ & ‘Confidence’ my idea was to depict

the products around the Lion City (Singapore). The word Lion comes from the

Malaysian word ‘Singa’. Lions are generally known for their bravery and courage. Capturing the essence and beauty of the city and showcasing the quality of how this world has no boundaries.

The idea depicted:

The world is your oyster and every man and woman can dream and achieve their goals. It gives you a sense of confidence.
