The launch party for the event was just one day away and the preparations began in full swing. Our whole class geared up and started assembling all the required props and items needed for the launch. There were about 15-20 mannequins and tables provided by our school. A few of them were old so we had to paint them and wrapped them all to load them in the truck. The production team did a great job in brining together the decoration pots, which matched our theme.
We had standees, which stood, on both ends of the link way, which was provided to us right in front of brands like Givenchy, Jimmy Choo and Dunhill. We stayed up at the mall until 1am and set up our exhibit for the launch next day. There were some last minute mishap which was taken care of in the end. All of us were busy planning and laying out the plan. It was all done very systematically and with precision. Our lecturer helped us in many ways right from coming up with a theme until the wrap up. Many of the attendees have positive feedback regarding the event and as students were were happy to come up with a successful plan.
